Some yummy Ethiopian food!!!! We made the cabbage/carrots/potato dish, the green bean/carrots dish, and some shiro (from shiro flour I brought home from ET) and then I had some mild sheep feta that I gave the kids as well. The girls could eat their weight in injera (and fortunately when I sent Tonio to buy the injera he bought enough to satisfy the whole family:). The boys love everything- Ricky literally shoves the food in until he can't close his mouth and I have to remind him to chew and swallow. I would love to learn some carnivore recipes- but until then everyone is happy with the vegetarian fasting menu!
