A little prayer someone sent me:
May it be Your will, Lord my God, to lead me on the way of peace and guide and direct my steps in peace, so that You will bring me happily to my destination, safe and sound.
Save me from danger on the way.
Give me good grace, kindness and favor in both Your eyes and in the eyes of all whom I may meet.
Hear this my prayer, for you are a God who hears to the heart's supplication and communion.
Blessed are You, Lord our God, who hears prayer.

We are so excited to meet your newest family member!! Especially his cousin Sammy!!!
i'm glad to see you a lot of clothes, bottles, art supplies, etc. i left you a message asking if you needed any girls' clothes but you probably didn't see it (under a previous entry about donations) or you haven't had time to respond. you must have been insanely busy, and yet, you still updated your blog. amazing! and utterly amazing that you are bringing that much luggage to china, your vivi and adopting a new child all at the same time!!! i believe you are on your way as i write this, since it's wednesday.
i see you can take vivi with. that's great. our agency, bethany, won't let parents take other kids with. what agency are you going thru? b/c adopting is taking so long, we asked our case worker if adopting a minor special needs child would be quicker, but she said people have to wait for minor needs children as well. and that's it's just the major special needs children who are easier and quicker to adopt. she's not the best caseworker so i'm not sure if she's right.
well...by the time you read this, you'll have probably been thru A LOT between the trip and having your new son! i hope you are all doing well!
