This is how every Sunday should be spent: at a gorgeous park all morning and then enjoying a delicious carne asada with the whole family. The kids climbed the spider webs and animals, swung on the swings, and chased each other up and down the slides. When they got a little tired, we rode on the little train past fountains, over bridges, and through tango lessons. We drove back tired and had a quick lunch so Maya could lay down for her nap. Then the rest of the day we spent ouside playing with water and having a barbecue until it was dark. Ito bought a blow-up pool that the kids loved playing in- and then they used the water to "paint with water."

Vivi has been complaining that her "mouth" hurts for the past week, and I thought it was because she needed to drink more water. Just yesterday she started saying her ear hurts too and started acting funny. Then today she said she would rather stay in the car at the park (I convinced her to come with and carried her most of the time). She ended up waking up at 10pm until about 1am last night and then slept with me, so I am taking her to the pediatrician today to see if she has en ear infection. Poor Vivi! You're not supposed to get sick over summer vacation!
